Sub-processors List

Our agreements with each service provider incorporate their data processing terms, requiring them to process data only on our instructions, take reasonable security measures, and, for transfers involving the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, apply the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum.

When we add or replace a sub-processor, we will update this page and give reasonable advance notice. If you have a legitimate objection to a change, you may choose not to renew when your current license period ends — see the Data Processing Addendum in Section 7 of the Terms of Service.

Live-streaming platforms such as TikTok are not our sub-processors — they are the source of the public live-stream event data; your relationship with such platforms is separately governed by their own terms of service and privacy policy. Payment providers act as independent data controllers when processing your payment information: card numbers are handled on their own pages, and we do not access or store them.
