Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-03 · 諾斯科技 (Novus)
Welcome to TStar (the "Service"), provided by 諾斯科技 (Novus, "we" or "us"). By registering, purchasing a license key, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
This Service is a real-time interactive toolkit for TikTok / Douyin group-stream guilds, providing web overlays and a control console for gift PK battles, scoring, leaderboards, song requests, and audience-interaction game modes, which can be added to TikTok LIVE Studio.
We only subscribe to public livestream events (such as gifts, comments, entrances, and likes) from the live room you specify and are authorized to operate, in order to score and display them; the Service never logs into or operates your viewers' accounts, and never sends gifts or messages on their behalf.
2. Licensing & Payment
- The Service is provided under a device-based license: after purchase, you receive a license key that authorizes use on a single device (PC) for the license period; the TikTok account used is not restricted and can be freely switched. If you change computers, contact support to have the device re-bound.
- Plans are available for 30 / 90 / 180 / 365 days, with identical features across all plans and no feature tiers; see the pricing page on our website for current prices.
- We may offer free trial codes to seed guilds; the issuance and duration of free codes are at our discretion.
- After payment is completed, we issue a license key to the email address you provide. You are responsible for safeguarding your key and may not resell, share, or publicly disclose it to any third party.
3. Refund Policy
A digital license key is considered delivered once issued. Except where the Service is unusable due to a material defect attributable to us, purchased license keys are generally non-refundable. Please contact us by email to discuss individual disputes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service on a live room you do not have the legal right to operate, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or attempt to bypass the licensing mechanism of the Service, or attempt to obtain its source code.
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or share your license key, or otherwise attempt to circumvent device-based licensing restrictions.
- Interfere with or attack the Service or its backend servers, or abuse the Service through automated means.
If you violate any of the above, we may suspend the relevant license key without notice and without a refund.
5. Third-Party Platforms
The Service has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with TikTok, ByteDance, or their affiliates. When using the Service, you must still comply with TikTok's and other relevant platforms' terms of service and community guidelines.
The Service depends on data publicly released by TikTok and other third-party platforms; if a platform changes its policies, interface, or technology in a way that affects our ability to obtain that data, the Service's functionality may be limited or interrupted, which is beyond our full control.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is." We make every effort to maintain low latency and accurate scoring, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the timeliness or completeness of third-party platform data.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service; our aggregate liability is capped at the license fees you paid prior to the event giving rise to the dispute.
7. Changes & Termination of Service
We may add, modify, or remove game modes and features from time to time, and may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time and will post the updated date on our website. Continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from the Service shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court in Taiwan as the court of first instance, and both parties agree to this jurisdiction.
