Account & License Management
Your license lives under your website account — not under an email string, and not in some setting stored on a particular computer. So renewing, switching computers, and checking expiry dates all happen on the website's "My account" page; the console's Settings page only shows the one license this computer is currently using, with a button that takes you to the website.
How to log in
- Email + password: signing up only needs an email and a password. Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the login page — the reset email goes to the address you registered with.
- Google login: the login page has "Sign in with Gmail / Google" — the same email always maps to the same account.
Don't have a license yet?
During our seed-guild recruiting period you can try it free: sign up for an account first, then add us on LINE / WeChat and message "trial" plus your sign-up email — a real person will activate a trial license on your account. See the "Free trial" section on our homepage for details.
The "My account" page
Once logged in, click "My account" in the top right. Every license you own gets its own card, showing:
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| License key | The string you paste in when activating the console |
| Plan | 30 / 90 / 180 / 365 days |
| Expiry date & days left | You'll get a reminder email before it expires |
| Status | Valid, Pending payment, Payment not received, Deactivated, etc.; trial licenses are separately tagged "Trial in progress" |
| Device | Which computer it's currently bound to, or "No device bound yet" |
Renewing
Press "Renew" on the license card
The renew button only shows on licenses that have already been issued on a regular plan; trial licenses can't be renewed — to switch to a paid plan, buy one directly.
Pay
Renewing locks in your original plan, and only supports online payment (credit card / convenience store / ATM in Taiwan, or an international credit card).
The expiry date extends immediately
Once payment succeeds, the same license's expiry date is pushed back directly — no new key is issued, and you don't need to reactivate the console.
Switching computers: unbind a device
One license binds to one computer. To move to a new one, you don't need to email support — you can do it yourself on the website:
Press "Unbind device" on the license card
Once you confirm, the license is unlinked from the old computer.
Activate on the new computer
Open the console on the new computer, paste in the same license key, and click "Activate and enter" — the license binds to the new computer.
The old computer stops working
After unbinding, the console on the old computer drops back to the activation screen. To go live from two computers at the same time, you need a separate license for each.
Buying additional licenses
One account can hold multiple licenses — for example, a guild running several live rooms. Pick a plan from "Buy a new license" on "My account," or from the pricing section on the homepage; the license activates on whichever account you're logged into at checkout.
Payment methods
The checkout page only lists the payment methods currently available; here's how they differ:
| Method | Coverage | Activation time |
|---|---|---|
| ECPay | Taiwan credit cards, convenience-store codes/barcodes, ATM transfer | Issued immediately on successful payment |
| Stripe | International credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) | Issued immediately on successful payment |
| Bank transfer | Manual ATM transfer | Activated within 1 business day after manual verification |
Card details are handled directly on ECPay's / Stripe's own payment pages — we never see or store your card number. A license is digital content delivered to your account the moment it's issued, so the 7-day cooling-off period doesn't apply; see the Terms of Service for the refund policy.
FAQ
The console shows "License has expired"
Check that license's status on "My account": if it expired, press "Renew"; if it shows "Payment not received" or "Deactivated," contact support to confirm your payment status.
I signed up with a different email and can't find my license
A license belongs to whichever account you were logged into when you bought it. Log in with the email you used at purchase (or the Google account you used to sign in with at the time). If things really got mixed up, email support both email addresses and your license key and we'll move it to the right account.
Where's the guild dashboard?
It's there once you're logged into the same account — see Data Reports & Guild Dashboard.
