Data Reports & Guild Dashboard
TStar's data comes in two layers: check the console while you're live, and the website's guild dashboard after you end the stream. The console keeps only the live numbers you need in the moment; the full data for each session uploads automatically to your account once you end the stream, and after that you can look it up, export it, or compare it across sessions on the website anytime.
While live: the console
Home page live stats
Shows Host Ranking, Top Donors, Gift Stats, and the gift-by-gift feed for the current round only. See Console Tour for details.
Data Reports tab
The "Data Reports" tab is the whole session's total, not just this round:

| Monopoly wrap-up | Only appears for sessions that played Monopoly: seat, badge, jail, penalties, property deals, and fan support for every wrap-up |
The header shows "Updated at [time]" and when you went live; if the live-room connection drops, it's marked "Not connected" and the numbers stop growing.
Export this session's revenue report
The same tab has a "Download CSV" button at the bottom: it exports this session's diamond revenue breakdown, listed by game segment and host, ready to open straight in Excel. Gifts the viewer didn't address to anyone in particular fall into "Sent to the room (no host specified)."
How this CSV differs from the guild dashboard
The CSV is a snapshot of "right now" — you can grab it anytime while live, good for a mid-stream tally. The guild dashboard is the complete version after you end the stream, adding cross-session comparison, line-by-line detail, and a multi-tab Excel export.
After the stream: the website's guild dashboard
Log in on the website
Click "Log in" in the top right of the website, using the account you registered when you bought your license. The "Open guild dashboard" button at the bottom of the console's "Data Reports" tab takes you straight there.

Once logged in, get there from "My account," or go straight to
/dashboard. Every session run under any license you own shows up here, no matter which computer or which TikTok account it ran on.Wait for the session to appear
Once a host streams with your license and ends the stream, that session uploads automatically — normally it shows up within a few minutes of ending.
Last-30-days summary
The four cards at the top are combined numbers across every group under your account for the last 30 days: session count, total diamonds, the number of donors whose identity can be matched across sessions, and how many count as "regulars" (shown up in ≥ 3 sessions and been back within two weeks). If there's data for the prior month, it shows the change.
Session log
One row per session: room, start/end time, duration, number of donors, and total. If multiple groups share one account, use "Filter by group" to see just one. Click a session to open its detail page.
Cross-session analysis

What cross-session matching depends on
Viewers are matched across sessions by their TikTok identity; hosts are matched by their display name on the scoreboard — the same host typed with a different name in different sessions gets split into two. We recommend always adding hosts through the Host Roster so the name stays consistent.
Session detail
- Member summary and contribution share: diamonds and share received by each host (or game revenue bucket).
- Line-by-line detail: time, sender, gift, diamonds, and recipient for every gift, plus "how it was attributed" — platform-assigned, representative-gift binding, viewer-picked team, or unattributed (no recipient specified).
- Round results: the score and winner for every PK / Gauntlet PK / Solo Stage round, with voided rounds flagged.
- Host nickname ↔ account mapping: which TikTok account every host name that appeared this session maps to.
Export
Two buttons in the top right of the session detail page:
- Download CSV: line-by-line detail.
- Download xlsx (multi-tab): one Excel file with tabs for session summary, rounds, one tab per host, unattributed, host ranking, viewer ranking, and line-by-line detail — with bilingual (Chinese/English) headers, ready to hand straight to an accountant or guild manager.
FAQ
The stream ended but the session isn't in the dashboard?
First check: (1) the session ran on a license under your account; (2) the console was still open and online when you ended the stream — the upload happens at the moment you end it. If the console was closed before you ended the stream, that session's full data never uploads, though "Download CSV" in the console can still grab the last snapshot from while you were live.
Do local demo or test sessions upload?
No. Only sessions that actually connected to a real TikTok live room show up in the dashboard.
Can other groups see my data?
No. Each account only sees sessions run under its own licenses.
