Can scores be calculated wrong?
No. Scores only count diamonds officially reported by TikTok — they don't depend on gift icons or a name list. Even if a new gift shows up and temporarily displays as "Unknown gift," its diamonds still get counted correctly.
How are member/team scores actually calculated?
Each game first binds a "Representative Gift" to a team or member. When a viewer sends that gift, the console adds it to that team's/member's score based on the diamond count TikTok officially reports — never guessed from the gift's name or icon. Repeated sends of the same gift (a streak) only settle once, when the whole streak ends, so they're never double-counted.
How many computers can one license key be used on? Can I switch TikTok accounts?
- Switching accounts: Yes. You can freely switch which TikTok account you go live with on the same computer.
- Switching computers: A license key is bound to one computer. To move to a different one, log into "My account" on our website and press "Unbind device" on the license card, then activate on the new computer (see Account & License Management for details). Running two computers live at the same time needs a separate key for each.
How does billing work? How long does one payment last?
It's a flat, device-bound license (one PC) — no tiers, no limit on how many games you can use, and updates are free. Choose between 30 / 90 / 180 / 365-day plans; longer plans work out cheaper per month. See the pricing section on our homepage for exact plans and prices. Pay online and your key is issued automatically and filed under your account; bank transfers are matched by hand and support emails the key to your account address. What hardware do I need to run this?
The console supports Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and macOS 11 or later. Choose the Windows installer or the DMG for your Mac chip on the download page; your complete setup must still meet the requirements of the streaming software you use.
My computer shut down mid-update and the app is gone — did my settings and license key go with it?
No. Shutting down or restarting while an update is installing can leave the install half-finished: the desktop shortcut turns into a blank white document icon, double-clicking does nothing, and it's gone from the Start menu. Download the installer again from the download page and install it once — the app comes back, and your settings and license key are still there, so you won't need to re-enter the key. See Troubleshooting for the steps. An update only takes a few dozen seconds; please avoid shutting down or powering off while it runs.
