Gift Wall

"Gift Wall" is a grid-based cheer game: each tile stands for a member or a "stunt" moment, and once you bind a gift to it, viewers sending that gift add a vote to that tile. Member tiles compete on vote count and climb an automatic leaderboard; stunt tiles don't collect votes at all — sending their bound gift just fires a one-off full-screen effect. Good for group cheer sections, "who's the crowd favorite" votes, and similar setups.

What viewers see

The lower part of the overlay is a tile grid (6/7/8 columns × 3 rows). Member tiles show an avatar, name, and vote count; the top three by votes get a gold glow, a "podium lift" (higher rank sits a little higher and a touch larger), and 🥇🥈🥉 medals. Whoever's currently in first place also gets an enlarged spotlight callout above the grid (crown, glowing rings, stars). Stunt tiles just show 🎬 plus a label — no vote count, never on the leaderboard; the moment their bound gift is sent, the screen covers with a "🎉 [sender] sent [tile]!" banner for 2.5 seconds. If decay is turned on, tiles that haven't gotten a gift within the idle window automatically lose votes per your settings, and a decaying tile flickers and fades while it does. With more than one page, a page badge appears top-right and pages auto-rotate on a timer.

Set up before you go live

  1. Pick the game

Go to the "Scoring Games" page, and under step 1 pick "Gift Wall".

  2. Set the layout

Pick the number of columns (6/7/8, always 3 rows). "Counting" is on by default — turn it off and gifts only trigger effects (stunt tiles still fire), member tiles stop gaining votes.

  3. (Optional) Configure decay

Pick a decay mode — off / clear on idle / fade — plus an idle window and a per-second fade rate. You can also set how many tiles show on the leaderboard (1–6). This keeps tiles that stopped getting gifts from sitting stuck on the leaderboard forever.

  4. (Optional) Manage pages

Too many tiles for one page? Add a page B to split them up; the two pages auto-rotate on a timer (max 2 pages, A and B).

  5. Edit tiles

In the "Tile editor," click "Add tile," fill in the page, type (member / stunt), and name, then click "Pick gifts" to choose which gift(s) bind to it (one gift can only belong to one tile at a time). Click "Apply" to push the whole batch to the live room.

  6. Save

Click "Save & pin to Home" — it saves into a config slot and pins itself to the Home page automatically; you'll run it from Home.

Running it live

Back on the Home page's live console, this game has no round timer and no "Start" button — as long as the stream is connected, a viewer sending a bound gift adds a vote to the matching member tile right away (stunt tiles always fire the full-screen effect instead, never a vote). The highest vote counts climb the leaderboard automatically, with first place getting the spotlight callout. Use "Adjust votes" (±) to correct for a gift sent off-platform or fix a mistake; click "Reset votes" to zero out every tile (with a confirm tap).

Where the score comes from

Votes are converted from the diamond value TikTok actually reports (diamond_count); combo gifts settle once, when the combo ends. An unbound gift doesn't add a vote and doesn't trigger any tile's effect.

Common questions

Q: Do stunt tiles collect votes too? A: No. A stunt tile's bound gift only fires a one-off full-screen banner — no vote, never on the leaderboard. For a popularity contest by vote count, use member tiles instead.

Q: If I turn "Counting" off, do bound gifts still do anything? A: Member tiles stop gaining votes, but stunt tiles still fire their effect — "Counting" only controls whether member tiles gain votes, it doesn't touch stunt-tile effects.

Q: Can one gift be bound to two tiles at once? A: No. When you click "Apply" in the tile editor, a gift only belongs to one tile — if the same gift somehow ends up on two tiles, only one keeps it after applying.

Q: Does decay wipe votes instantly? A: Depends on the mode. "Clear on idle" wipes a tile's votes to zero all at once once it's gone past the idle window with no new gift. "Fade" instead trims a percentage off per second — not an instant reset. Pick "off" if you don't want votes to drop on their own.
