Raffle Round
A "Raffle Round" is a timed activity: you open a round, viewers send gifts before the timer runs out, and each single gift that meets the diamond threshold earns raffle tickets. More tickets mean better odds. When the timer ends the entry list locks automatically — you pick the moment to draw. Prizes are supplied and handed out by the organizer off-platform; the tool only counts tickets and picks the names.
It's per gift, not cumulative
With a 100-diamond threshold, one 100-diamond gift earns 1 ticket and one 500-diamond gift earns 5 — but two separate 90-diamond gifts earn 0. Amounts don't add up across gifts. This is the heart of the rule, so say it out loud before you start, or viewers will assume they're accumulating. Combo gifts are the exception: a combo settles as one total once the viewer stops tapping, so tapping more never splits the amount.
What viewers see
An overlay panel titled "🎁 Raffle Round": the countdown sits top right, and below it three numbers — slots, entrants, and threshold (per gift) — so viewers can work out their own odds. Under that are the top 3 ticket holders (🥇🥈🥉 with their ticket counts). Whenever someone earns tickets, a toast reading "so-and-so earned N tickets" floats up below the panel.
When the timer ends, a banner announces "Entries closed! N entrants · M tickets". After you hit draw, the names roll through before the winners are revealed with a 👑.

Why the total ticket count and full leaderboard are hidden
This is deliberate. "800 tickets out of there, and I hold 1" reads as hopeless and viewers leave; "30 entrants, 3 slots" reads as winnable and they keep going. The same fact, framed two ways, produces opposite behaviour. The top 3 are shown because big spenders need to see the race for first and how far behind they are — but nobody who sees themselves in 47th place keeps sending.
Before you go live
Pick the game
Open the "Scoring Games" page and choose "Raffle Round" in step 1.
Set threshold, slots and duration
In the workbench below, set the three main parameters: threshold per gift (diamonds) — how many diamonds a single gift needs to earn 1 ticket; slots — how many winners this round draws; round duration — 1 / 3 / 5 minutes.

(Optional) Adjust how the draw works
Ticket weighting defaults to "more tickets, better odds"; switch it to "one vote per qualifier" and ticket counts stop mattering — meeting the threshold is a single vote. Max wins per person defaults to 1, so once someone wins they leave the pool and can't take every slot in the same round. Ticket cap per person defaults to unlimited; any non-zero number caps how many tickets one viewer can hold.
Save
Hit "Save and pin to home" — the parameters are stored in the config slot and pinned to the home page, so you run the round from home once you're live.
Running it live
Back on the home page control deck:
"Start round" kicks off the countdown. The panel header shows the status, the time left and the current "N entrants · N tickets", with the live entrant list and their ticket counts below. Need a break? Hit "Pause" — the countdown freezes with it, and "Resume" picks up from the time that was left, so a long pause never causes an instant lock the moment you come back. Don't want to wait out the timer? Hit "Close entries early".
Once entries close the status becomes "Closed — waiting for your draw", and only "Draw" actually picks the winners. The timer only closes entries; it never draws for you — the draw is the climax of the whole activity, so the timing stays yours. Winners are listed on the panel afterwards, and "Reset" clears the round to start over (with a confirmation).
While a round is running the panel offers an "Add slot" button that only goes up. To go down, start a new round.
Slots can only be added, never removed
This isn't a missing feature — the ability is withheld on purpose. Lowering the slot count mid-round rewrites the rules on viewers who already sent gifts and are waiting for the draw; getting caught doing it once costs the organizer their credibility. If you need fewer slots, start a new round and announce the terms again — a new round restarts ticket counting anyway.
Reconciling after the session
You don't need to copy the winner list off the screen while it's still there. Starting the next round clears the on-screen list, but every draw is already archived in the full-session stats report: the "Raffle Winners" tab shows each round's index, draw time, threshold, slots, entrants, total tickets and the diamonds that round brought in, along with the winners and their ticket counts. Each round has a "Copy list" button that yields plain text you can paste straight into your reconciliation sheet.
Diamonds still count after the ticket cap
If you set a ticket cap, gifts a capped viewer sends afterwards earn no more tickets — but those diamonds still count toward the round's total in the report. The money was really sent; reconciliation can't come up short.
Common questions
Q: I sent two 90-diamond gifts with the threshold at 100. Do I get a ticket? A: No. The threshold applies per gift, and neither 90 reaches 100, so that's 0 tickets. One 180-diamond gift would earn 1.
Q: Does a combo gift count as one gift or many? A: One. A combo settles once the tapping stops and reports the full total, so tapping more never splits the amount.
Q: Does the person with the most tickets always win? A: No. Weighting improves the odds, it doesn't guarantee anything. And with the default "max 1 win per person", a winner's tickets all leave the pool before the next name is drawn — big spenders win more often, but they can't take every slot.
Q: Does the draw happen automatically when the timer ends? A: No. The timer only closes entries (list frozen, no more tickets). You press "Draw".
Q: What if fewer people qualify than there are slots? A: It draws whoever qualified and stops there. That round in the report is marked as having fewer actual winners than announced slots — no data went missing.
Q: I started another round. Is the previous winner list gone? A: No. The on-screen list is replaced, but every draw is stored in the "Raffle Winners" tab of the full-session stats report — unless you press "Reset stats" there.
Q: Does the system send out the prizes? A: No. The tool counts tickets and draws names; prizes are supplied by the organizer and handed out off-platform.
