Account & License Management

Your license lives under your website account — not under an email string, and not in some setting stored on a particular computer. So renewing, switching computers, and checking expiry dates all happen on the website's "My account" page; the console's Settings page only shows the one license this computer is currently using, with a button that takes you to the website.

Pay the total shown at checkout. If the page displays 5% tax or invoice fields, check the breakdown and enter any needed company details. Do not add an extra amount when it is not shown.

Sharing your location with a trial request is optional. Choose Share location only if you want to provide it for region confirmation and support. Your browser asks for permission; declining or skipping location does not prevent you from applying. You can remove the location before submitting.

How to log in

  • Email + password: enter your email and password and we send a confirmation email. Tap "Confirm email" in it to confirm and you're logged in right away; only then can you buy licenses or receive a trial. Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the login page.
  • Google login: the login page has "Sign in with Gmail / Google" — the same email always maps to the same account.

When you first sign in with Google using the same email, any earlier password that has not been confirmed through your mailbox is disabled, and other browser sessions are signed out. To use a password afterward, choose "Forgot password" and set a new one through the link sent to your email. Resetting your password also signs out other browsers.

After the beta security update, existing password accounts without verified email ownership must reset their password, and previous sign-ins will expire. Select “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and use the emailed link to set a new password. You can also sign in with a Google account using the same email address. Your licenses and account data are kept.

Don't have a license yet?

You can try it free for 7 days: sign up and confirm your email, then open My Account and answer a few questions (agency name, TikTok live handle, number of hosts, when you plan to go live, how to reach you). A trial key is usually activated on your account within 1–2 business days. For questions, select Open Discord, join the server and send a message, or open an email draft and send it from your mail app. Opening a contact link alone does not send a message or submit a trial application.

The "My account" page

Once logged in, click "My account" in the top right. Every license you own gets its own card, showing:

FieldWhat it shows
License keyThe string you paste in when activating the console
Plan30 / 90 / 180 / 365 days
Expiry date & days leftYou'll get a reminder email before it expires
StatusValid, Pending payment, Payment not received, Deactivated, etc.; trial licenses are separately tagged "Trial in progress"
DeviceWhich computer it's currently bound to, or "No device bound yet"

Renewing

  1. Press "Renew" on the license card

The renew button only shows on licenses that have already been issued on a regular plan; trial licenses can't be renewed — to switch to a paid plan, buy one directly.

  2. Pay

Renewing locks in your original plan, and payment works the same as a first purchase: bank transfer in Taiwan or PayPal.

  3. The expiry date extends immediately

Once payment succeeds, the same license's expiry date is pushed back directly — no new key is issued, and you don't need to reactivate the console.

Switching computers: unbind a device

One license binds to one computer. To move to a new one, you don't need to email support — you can do it yourself on the website:

  1. Press "Unbind device" on the license card

Once you confirm, the license is unlinked from the old computer.

  2. Activate on the new computer

Open the console on the new computer, paste in the same license key, and click "Activate and enter" — the license binds to the new computer.

The old computer stops working

After unbinding, the console on the old computer drops back to the activation screen. To go live from two computers at the same time, you need a separate license for each.

Buying additional licenses

One account can hold multiple licenses — for example, a guild running several live rooms. Pick a plan from "Buy a new license" on "My account," or from the pricing section on the homepage; the license activates on whichever account you're logged into at checkout.

Payment methods

The checkout page only lists the payment methods currently available; here's how they differ:

MethodCoverageActivation time
Bank transferATM / online banking in Taiwan, charged in TWDActivated within 1 business day after manual verification
PayPalInternational card or PayPal balanceActivated automatically once payment completes

Bank transfers are matched by hand. After paying, press “I've paid” on the pending order in “My account” and enter the last five digits of the sending account (the transfer time is optional). The order then shows “Checking payment”. If you entered something wrong, you can report again. PayPal issues the license to your logged-in account automatically once payment completes.

Prices are shown in the local currency for the site language you selected. PayPal does not support some of those currencies (KRW, IDR, VND, KZT, UZS, AED, RUB, CNY); on those pages the checkout states the USD amount you will actually be charged.

We never see or store your payment credentials. A license is digital content delivered to your account the moment it's issued, so the 7-day cooling-off period doesn't apply; see the Terms of Service for the refund policy.

FAQ

The console shows "License has expired"

Check that license's status on "My account": if it expired, press "Renew"; if it shows "Payment not received" or "Deactivated," contact support to confirm your payment status.

I signed up with a different email and can't find my license

A license belongs to whichever account you were logged into when you bought it. Log in with the email you used at purchase (or the Google account you used to sign in with at the time). If things really got mixed up, email support both email addresses and your license key and we'll move it to the right account.

Where's the guild dashboard?

It's there once you're logged into the same account — see Data Reports & Guild Dashboard.

Moving to a new computer

After you unbind your license and activate it on a new computer, the game presets and home pins saved on the old computer do not follow on their own. Use "Moving to a new computer" under Console Settings to bring them over: press "Save to cloud" on the old computer, then "Get from cloud" on the new one once the same license is active. No account login is needed in the console.

Backups include game presets, Home pins, and settings for the wheel, dice, cards, fortune sticks, prize-ball machine, poll. They exclude license keys, device identity, live scores and session reports; reports remain on the website. Stay connected when saving or restoring cloud settings. A local copy of the new computer’s current presets is kept before replacement. Restore is blocked during a live round, an open or paused poll, or an unfinished draw animation. Older interaction-settings backup files can also be imported.

If you would rather not use the cloud, open "Advanced" to export a file and import it on the new computer.
