Data Reports tab

The "Data Reports" tab contains only a link to website reports. Use the main button to open the guild dashboard. Session reports and CSV / Excel downloads are available there after archiving and upload complete; check live round data on Home.

After the stream: the website's guild dashboard

A guild owner can keep licenses for different streaming computers in one account and review their uploaded sessions together. Each license binds to one computer, which can switch TikTok accounts. Concurrent rooms need separate licenses. The dashboard follows current license ownership and only shows sessions after their upload succeeds. Centralized reporting does not include separate staff roles; CSV and multi-sheet xlsx exports are available, while direct Google Sheets integration, a public API, and webhooks are not currently available.

  1. Log in on the website

Use the main website-report button on the console's "Data Reports" tab, then sign in with the account that owns your license.

  2. Open the "Guild Dashboard"

Once logged in, get there from "My account," or go straight to /dashboard. Every session run under any license you own shows up here, no matter which computer or which TikTok account it ran on.

  3. Wait for the session to appear

After the stream, the session appears once the backend finishes archiving and uploading it. It may not appear immediately; wait and refresh the page.

Last-30-days summary

The four cards at the top are combined numbers across every group under your account for the last 30 days: session count, total diamonds, the number of donors whose identity can be matched across sessions, and how many count as "regulars" (shown up in ≥ 3 sessions and been back within two weeks). If there's data for the prior month, it shows the change.

Session log

One row per session: group, the games played, start time, duration, diamonds, and gift count. If multiple groups share one account, use "Filter by group" to see just one. Click a session to open its detail page.

How the metrics are calculated

  • Top-donor retention matches viewers across sessions by their TikTok identity. Multiple gifts in one session count as one session. Records without an identifiable sender are not guessed or merged. “Cooling off” means at least 7 days since the last gift; “churning” means at least 14 days. These labels describe recent activity; they are not predictions or guarantees.
  • A regular has appeared in at least 3 sessions. The 30-day summary's active-regular count also requires an appearance within the last 14 days. Read each card's time range and conditions separately.
  • Host per-donor average is the host's diamonds divided by that session's distinct identified donors, not an average per gift. Hosts are matched across sessions by scoreboard name; different spellings split one person into separate entries. Stage hours use the full session duration when the host appears in that session's roster; they are not measured from individual on-stage timestamps.
  • Game ROI is attributed diamonds divided by the duration of eligible game rounds, shown per minute. Voided rounds and rounds without start/end times are excluded. A new donor is counted once, in the round where they first gift during that session. Only games with archived rounds appear; absence from the table does not mean zero output.
  • These figures come from live events received and saved by TStar. They are not TikTok settlement amounts or an agency payout ledger. A session appears in the website dashboard after its post-stream upload succeeds. See the Privacy Policy for data categories and retention periods.

What cross-session matching depends on

Viewers are matched across sessions by their TikTok identity; hosts are matched by their display name on the scoreboard — the same host typed with a different name in different sessions gets split into two. We recommend always adding hosts through the Host Roster so the name stays consistent.

Session detail

  • Games: under the title, every game played this session with the diamonds it brought in (sessions recorded by older versions show names only). A PK is listed only if a round was actually opened; a session with no scoring game reads "No scoring game this session", and a high unattributed share is normal then, so there is no need to go back and change gift bindings.
  • Interactive widgets: if you ran Fishing or the slot machine this session, an extra row under Games shows how many times it was triggered and the total diamonds of the gifts that triggered it. The same gift can count toward PK score and also trigger Fishing, so these diamonds overlap with the games above and are not a separate income.
  • Diamond timeline: diamonds per few minutes across the whole session, stacked by host; the band below marks each game round. Hover a bar for that slice, or open the table view underneath.
  • Member summary and contribution share: diamonds and share received by each host (or game revenue bucket); a host who appeared in several games is merged into one row.
  • Line-by-line detail: time, sender, gift, diamonds, and recipient for every gift, plus "how it was attributed" — platform-assigned, representative-gift binding, viewer-picked team, or unattributed (no recipient specified).
  • Round results: the score and winner for every PK / Arena / Free Stage / Gift Wall / Monopoly round, with voided rounds flagged. A Free Stage or PK round still open at stream end is recorded automatically (winner left blank).
  • Host nickname ↔ account mapping: which TikTok account every host name that appeared this session maps to.

The round table lists only archived game rounds. Gifts received before a game started still count toward the session's total diamonds, so the two totals can differ. Round numbers follow the gift ledger, so the table may start at round 2 or skip numbers. For example, 100 diamonds before the game starts plus 200 after gives a session total of 300, while the round table shows only round 2 with 200. A round the host reset, restarted, or switched games away from before it finished is marked voided: its score doesn't count, but the money still counts toward the session.

Export

Two buttons in the top right of the session detail page:

  • Download CSV: line-by-line detail.
  • Download xlsx (multi-tab): one Excel file with tabs for session summary, rounds, one tab per host, unattributed, host ranking, viewer ranking, and line-by-line detail — with bilingual (Chinese/English) headers, ready to hand straight to an accountant or guild manager.

Export a date range for monthly reports

Choose a date range above the session list, then press Download range as xlsx below the filters. The file includes sessions matching the current game, live account, team and group filters. One workbook contains a session summary, host totals across sessions, per-session host details and individual gifts. Sessions excluded from statistics still appear in the summary, but do not count toward totals.

Choose up to 60 days and 200 sessions. If the file exceeds 20 MB, narrow the dates or add filters and try again. Only the report owner can export a date range. Shared reports still allow individual session CSV/xlsx downloads, but cannot export the whole range.

FAQ

The stream ended but the session isn't in the dashboard?

Check that you are signed in to the account that owns the license used for this session. Reports appear only after the backend completes archiving and uploading. Wait and refresh the page; if the session is still missing, contact support.

Do local demo or test sessions upload?

No. Only sessions that actually connected to a real TikTok live room show up in the dashboard.

Can other groups see my data?

You can share revenue reports and individual session CSV/xlsx downloads with a registered account. Exporting a whole date range is reserved for the report owner. Device controls, editing and raw chat remain private.

Session chat and interaction statistics

When chat archiving is configured and enabled, the session detail page shows total comments, distinct identified commenters, and a per-minute timeline graph by default. Expand the message history to see each message’s elapsed time since the session started in minutes:seconds, viewer name, and text, and load more messages as needed. These figures cover only events received by TStar, not every viewer in the room. Scroll through the list and use Load more messages to read later comments.

Chat text, viewer IDs, nicknames, and timestamps are stored in private compressed archives for up to 30 days after the session ends. Interaction totals remain with the session report for 24 months. Expired archives cannot be viewed. A truncated or incomplete archive is labeled accordingly and may omit comments. Earlier sessions are not backfilled, and missing chat data does not mean there were no comments.

Chat uploading starts only after the archive storage is configured and the feature is enabled. Until then, no chat archive is uploaded; a session without captured chat statistics shows them as unavailable. See the Privacy Policy for retention and access details.

Room report sharing

You can share revenue reports and individual session CSV/xlsx downloads with a registered account. Exporting a whole date range is reserved for the report owner. Device controls, editing and raw chat remain private.

Manage report access: Room → Recipient account email → Share. Shared with me: Viewing a shared room: read-only reports and exports.. Revoke: Access updated.

Session adjustments

Reports use adjusted revenue. Original gifts, live scores and announced round winners remain unchanged. C allocations are separate monetary rows with zero gift quantity. Clearing restores original attribution.

Report access is read-only. Only the license owner can change this session. Automatic adjustment requires a complete, consistent ledger with at most 50,000 gift records.

Overlapping recordings of this TikTok account were found. Compare them and exclude duplicates manually. Nothing is excluded automatically.

  • A · nearest original gift ±60s
  • B · >1,000 diamonds, ≥85% to one recipient
  • C1 · equal allocation
  • C2 · proportional allocation
